Artwork Rental for London Businesses

BobCat Gallery has worked with researchers at Roehampton University to review evidence from more than a decade of international studies highlighting the benefits of placing art in the workplace. The key ways that this may help your employees, and therefore your business, are:

• I offer an initial consultation free of charge, and the process of selecting artworks can be a collaboration with your employees - engagement is often improved if your teams have input into the final selection.
• Rental prices are based on a minimum six month agreement, billed quarterly in advance. 
• Clients can choose to refresh artworks after six months, or keep their selection. You may choose to lease works for up to 24 months, at which point you will have paid the full retail price of the work and can keep the work permanently if you wish to.
• Artwork will be installed on a date agreed with you, using conventional hooks, pins and nails/tacks unless specialist installation is advised.
• 'Making good’, i.e. filling, sanding and painting holes after removal of artwork, is included. Please note that each client is responsible for supplying the correct shade(s) of paint where this is required. 
• Public and products liability insurance up to £5m is provided, however insurance for the art in the event of fire, theft or damage is the client's responsibility; this will usually be covered by the your existing business contents insurance. Please note that PPL Insurance is voided if your employees move any of the works installed; if you feel anything needs to be re-situated, please contact BobCat Gallery and I will arrange this for you.
• The majority of artwork will be sourced locally or from across London and pieces can be delivered free of charge, however for larger works or works from artists located outside of London, shipping costs will apply - to be agreed in advance.
