Lucia Hardy, Painter

Lucia Hardy is an artist from Harold Wood, painting expressive and dynamic birds, wildlife and wild British landscapes. 

Born and raised in London to an eclectic Italian, Irish and Lithuanian family, Lucia is inspired by nature’s strength, resilience and the struggle to balance darkness and joy in life. 

Painting in textural acrylics, in a contemporary, semi-abstract style, Lucia’s work is dynamic, vibrant and full of emotional energy. 

Lucia has shown her work with Roy’s Art Fair at The Oxo Tower Bargehouse and Truman Brewery, works with the George Farnham Gallery in Suffolk, has and participates in local arts groups including the Brentwood Art Trail and is a member of the Colchester Art Society.
